The results of characterization of clinical manifestations of comorbid pathology in chronic gastroduodenitis in children associated with helicobacteriosis are highlighted. The analysis showed that in this group of children, compared with the control group, a high value of the comorbidity index was found, which has a prognostic value for detecting a variety of concomitant conditions that aggravate the course of the underlying disease.
